Personal attention

Staff - supplemented, if necessary, by experienced agency professionals - are deployed to meet the highest possible ratio with children – usually above the legal minimum of

• 1:3 for under 2s
• 1:4 for 2-3 year olds
• 1:8 for 3-7 year olds

Because at Bankhall we believe in personal attention so the needs of each child are well within the reach of our staff … right through the day.

Activities are planned - based on observing the children and their stages of development. A daily report is completed for each child, outlining daily activities, nutrition, sleep patterns … even nappy changes.

And our qualified ‘Early Years Teacher’ focuses activities around giving each child 1-1 learning opportunities using a custom-designed curriculum that follows your child right into a school reception class … so they can carry on where we finish.
